For childcare, space is limited: please send an e-mail requesting child care which includes: number and ages of children, which sessions (I, II, III, IV, or All).  Last minute (or day of workshop) requests may be declined if child care is full.  First come, first served, after completed Registration Form is received!!  No exceptions.
