Creating Partnership Coaching

  •  Losing sleep over a concern or persistent behavioral issue?
  • Feeling like something is wrong or missing in your day-to-day parenting?
  • Having a regret over what you are missing in your life since becoming a parent?
  • Feeling isolated from or undermined by your spouse or co-parent over discipline?

Creating a cooperative partnership in your family takes not only a desire and new knowledge, but practice "on the court."  And sometimes a parenting issue, concern, or problem may seem stuck.  It may take some extra support to unstick problems, turning them into valuable learning opportunities.  That is where individual or small group    coaching comes in for you.

Our coaching program takes one existing problem or issue and walks you through applying four basic principles: the nature of the parent-child relationship, the amazing capacity for early learning, the source of human behavior, and creating a context of love and respect.   Seeing how these principles work allow you to apply them under any circumstance, leading to a creative, satisfying, and successful family experience every day.

Coaching can be individual, couple, or small group (up to 6).  Call Marty for more information.

You may schedule your sessions at our office or at your location (travel expense fee may apply).

A first session at our office or by telephone is free.  It is an opportunity for you to see whether coaching is really what would make the difference you want, and for your coach to assess your situation to be sure we can deliver more value than you expect.

To schedule a coaching series, e-mail or call Marty.
